Shipping policy

At Toykio Store, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days may be processed on the next working day.

Processing time may be longer during sale periods, high-demand periods, stock checks, supplier delays, or operational delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within India, subject to courier serviceability.

If your location is not serviceable, we may cancel the order and process a refund for any amount paid.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
Other cities and towns: 5 to 8 business days
Remote or difficult-to-service locations: 7 to 12 business days

These timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier availability, location, weather, local restrictions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, promotional campaigns, or serviceable locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we may share tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your account/order page, depending on the available communication mode.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow some time for the courier partner’s system to refresh.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once, depending on their policy. Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number are correct and reachable.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, reshipping may attract additional charges. For prepaid orders, refunds may be processed after deducting shipping, return shipping, payment gateway, or handling charges where applicable.

Damaged or Tampered Package

Please check the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or suspicious, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If you accept the package and later claim that the product was damaged during shipping, you must provide a clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video as mentioned in our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Toykio Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but address changes may not be possible after shipping.
